This page explains, in plain language, what PartnerMap collects when you use it, why, and what you can do about it. PartnerMap is run by TechBeat.
1. What we collect
- Your email address, so you can sign in with a link. We do not use passwords.
- What you put on a board: cards, notes, arrows, deal figures you type, chat questions and answers, and shared lists.
- Files you upload to a board, such as PDFs, Word files, text, Markdown and images.
- Guest names that people type when they join a board from a guest link.
- Meeting audio, only while live listening is on and only after people agree (see section 3).
- Basic technical records, such as sign-in times, errors and how much AI processing a board used, so we can keep the service running and control cost.
2. How we use it
We use your information to run PartnerMap for you: to sign you in, keep your boards in sync for everyone on them, answer the questions you ask, read the documents you upload, and make suggestions during a meeting when you turn that on.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your boards, files or meetings for advertising. We do not use them to train AI models.
3. Live listening and recording consent
Live listening is off until someone on the board turns it on. Before it starts, each person in the meeting is asked to agree. A host can record agreement for someone in the room who has said yes out loud. Listening stops for everyone when it is turned off or the meeting ends.
Some states, including Florida, require everyone on a call to agree before it is recorded. You are responsible for telling everyone in your meeting that live listening is on, including people who are not using PartnerMap, and for stopping it if anyone objects.
We keep a record of who agreed and when, so the consent can be shown later.
4. Transcripts are off by default
Audio is turned into text as you talk so PartnerMap can suggest cards. We do not store the audio.
The running transcript is thrown away when the meeting ends, unless someone on the board chooses to keep it for that meeting. A short meeting summary is saved to the board either way so you have a record of what was decided. A kept transcript is shown to workspace members only, never to guests.
5. AI processing by Anthropic and Cloudflare
PartnerMap uses outside AI services to do its work. They receive only what they need for the task at hand:
- Anthropic (the Claude models) receives your question and the related board content when you ask something, the contents of a document when you upload one, and meeting text while live listening is on. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not train its models on this data and keeps it only for a limited time for safety and abuse monitoring.
- Cloudflare runs PartnerMap itself and turns meeting audio into text with a speech model hosted on Cloudflare Workers AI.
AI answers can be wrong. Money figures on the board come from our deal engine or from numbers you typed, and the AI is not allowed to invent them. Check anything important with a professional.
6. Where your data lives
- Supabase hosts our database: accounts, board records, guest links, meeting records and document records.
- Cloudflare hosts the website, the live board service and the storage for uploaded files.
- Uploaded files are never public. They open only for people who have access to the board.
8. How long we keep things
- Boards, files and saved meeting summaries are kept while your account is active.
- Meeting audio is not stored. Transcripts are deleted at the end of each meeting unless someone keeps them.
- Technical records are kept for up to 90 days unless we need them longer to fix a problem or meet a legal duty.
- If you ask us to delete a board or your account, we delete it within 30 days, including uploaded files. Copies in backups expire on their normal schedule.
9. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information. Email privacy@partnermap.ai from the address you sign in with and we will answer within 30 days.
PartnerMap is for businesses and is not meant for children under 16.
10. Changes and contact
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and, for big changes, by email before they take effect. Questions go to privacy@partnermap.ai.
