Terms of use

Last updated October 3, 2026

These terms are the rules for using PartnerMap. We kept them short and in plain language. By using PartnerMap you agree to them.

1. What PartnerMap is

PartnerMap is a shared board for planning a business partnership. It explains options, runs example numbers and helps you write down the questions to take to a professional.

PartnerMap is a planning and education tool, not legal, tax or financial advice. Nothing on PartnerMap creates a lawyer, accountant or adviser relationship. Have a qualified professional review any agreement, filing or tax decision before you act on it.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or the business you represent.
  • You are responsible for what happens on boards you own, including who you invite with guest links.

3. Your content

What you put on PartnerMap stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share boards with, including sending it to the AI providers described in the privacy policy.

Only upload files and share information you have the right to share. Do not upload anything you are bound to keep confidential unless the other side has agreed.

4. Recording and live listening

If you turn on live listening, you must tell everyone in the meeting, get their agreement as the law where they are requires, and stop if anyone objects. PartnerMap asks each person to agree, but you are responsible for following the recording laws that apply to your meeting.

5. AI suggestions

PartnerMap uses AI to answer questions, read documents and suggest cards. AI can be wrong or incomplete. Suggestions are marked so you can keep or set them aside, money figures come from the deal engine or from what you typed, and you decide what to rely on.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or use PartnerMap to mislead the other side of a deal.
  • Do not upload malware, try to get into boards you were not invited to, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not use automated tools to overload the service or copy it.

7. The service

We work to keep PartnerMap available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error free. We may change or stop features; if we stop the service we will give you notice and a way to export your boards.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on what PartnerMap shows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for PartnerMap in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using PartnerMap at any time and ask us to delete your account at privacy@partnermap.ai. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.

9. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will post it here and email account owners before it takes effect. Florida law governs these terms.
